<p>Finally initiated vat registration...fortunately in Karnataka... most of the registration process is online.
The vat registration system is a little buggy but manageable... One major problem is that the field for filling PAN no is the same for the authorised partner's pan and the firm. God save us here...

We sat together and put forth targets and timeliness and did the traditional when, what, where, why, how... Basically in business terms, we made our business plan..
Since then things have been moving pretty fast... Target is to convert 1000 families to organic by January,2012 end.
